Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them;
for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs."
(Matthew 19:14)
Learning in Christ
The Children's Summer Ministry program is held during summer months. We begin meeting the first Sunday after Memorial Day and meet each Sunday during worship until the Sunday of Labor Day.  All children are invited to discover God and his works. Children are taught about God in words that are easily understood. They learn to see and hear what Jesus is doing every day in their lives. When their lesson is complete, children share what they learned with the congregation. Hearing the Gospel message from the mouths of babes often times helps the congregation as a whole to truly absorb the true meaning in its simplest form.

This program meets each week during regular Sunday service in summer months.
  1. How Do I Get Involved?
    Any school age child can attend this program. There is no registration or fees involved. Simply attend Sunday service with your family. Children will be called to attend the Children's Summer Service during regular worship.
  2. How Often Do I Attend?
    This service is offered weekly on Sunday during worship. Children and adult leaders receive the Gospel message in a simplified age appropriate message. The children then share the message learned with the congregation.
  3. What's Next?
    Join us each Sunday for worship during summer months and allow your children to flourish in God's word. To volunteer to lead this important ministry, contact the office.
