Soup Suppers

Each Wednesday during Lent, Immanuel Lutheran Church opens it's doors at 6:30 pm for Soup Suppers. The gathering takes place in Fellowship Hall where volunteers bring in batches of their best soup for the congregation to enjoy before gathering for Lenten Service. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen bonds of faith and fellowship.

Ash Wednesday & Lenten Service

The Lenten Season begins with a special service on Ash Wednesday, February 26th at 7:00 pm.

Each Wednesday evening in Lent, service is held at 7:00 pm and focuses on reflection and reverence to our Lord. A themed message is presented each week.

Come hear Pastor's message and receive a fresh perspective on the season.

Lenten Piggy Banks

Everyone has some spare change to share throughout the year. During Lent, piggy banks are distributed and families begin to collect spare change throughout the season. Just before Easter, the piggy banks are collected, the spare change is counted and the total amount donated is sent to our Companion Church in India , the Arcot Lutheran Church.
